I am a passionate person, whom thinks and reads a lot. A day dreamer too, someone whom likes to walk around aimlessly, discovering new places, people and things. Sometimes I can be very talkative, sometimes I keep very much to myself. And like everyone I have days when I feel glorious and others during which I feel down. I like to be creative and to be busy, I get depressed by the eternal sameness which seems to be surrounding us, instead I prefer uniqueness. That uniqueness is something you can express by wearing certain clothes and not only about you thinking and believing in certain ideals. Yes I am mad about fashion but do not follow the trends, I am mainly obsessed with fabrics (love natural fibers) and cuts (simple but yet special). I knit too and maybe one day I will be making my own clothes. I like to do and create things and would love to spend more leisure time on that. I am fond of deep conversations about any- and everything;,­ true friendship, long letters, eternal trust between people,... I like people whom do nice things for others just because. I am not a selfish person and I do believe that if you can make someone happy, you should. But at the same time I also am a strong and independent person, I do not ask people to do something for me, instead I prefer doing it myself. Days spend with friends are glorious days, their company enlightens me. I dislike rude people, human beings not being nice to eachother, lies, dishonesty, not being loyal to someone, being judgmental,­ ... I cannot stand when people are being looked down on, no one deserves such a treatment. We all have our bad and good sides and our bad and good days but we should at least try to be nice to each other. Basically I just want to be happy and want others to be happy, nothing more nothing less. And happiness is something you create yourself, I do not think that you have to fit in a certain appropriate image in order to be happy! We should stop stereotyping­ don't you agree? No prejudices. Instead I try to be positive and to be open. Not always easy when the world arround us almost is made up of stereotypes,­ but I consider it as an art to see through them. When I need a quick get away I go to Paris for one day, le palais royale is one of my favourite places. You just must see the shiseido shop there, it is unique, very dark, very boudoir like. Paris is a city that never seizes to amaze me, the shops, the architecture­,... I do find it all stunning. Belgium has very nice cities too but in my eyes nothing can beat Paris. My mission is to learn to speak French as fluently as my mother tongue. I still hope to discover Eastern Europe a bit more and would love to make it to Oceania. I am fatally attracted to Eastern European countries and their run down look, perfectionis­m is not that much fun. Whom wants everything to look the same and to be sterile? Not me that is for sure. I just want to learn about lifestyles, cultures, your daily life, worries, sorrows,... I am interested in what is going on in this world. I am fond of food as well and I like different cuisines. Am always willing to try new things and I adore to bake. I do not watch a lot of tv but can enjoy soaps as well as detectives. Yes I am one of these people whom likes Frost en Morse and the likes. I am also keen on Wallander but that is mainly because they speak Swedish (adore the sound of it) and because of the relationship­ between Stefan and Linda. Sam Ryan also is one of my fave characters. I also enjoy the absurdity of shows like Green Wing, The Office and other British madness. I do not watch a lot of movies but do enjoy mainly European and independent ones. This is me in a nutshell, please only contact me if you are dead serious about this friendship. Ofcourse we have to get to know each other first in order to know if things will work out or not. But I am a serious pal and I only write and reply to long letters. For me a long letters are at least 10 (A5) pages long, back and front. They do not have to be decorated or handwritten but it is nice when they are. I also expect people to write me frequently,­ after all how can you get to know someone whom writes only once a year? I like chatty pals whom like to be asked and whom ask. Swapping things is not required but can be nice. I do not want to sound harsh but I do not want this friendship to become a disappointment either so I'd rather be clear about things from the beginning. A few words about myself. I’m 30, from Finland, currently dating my soulmate, but went through major changes in my life a few years ago.
